Scope is sized for Foundations complexity. If you need inventory, dispatch optimization, or custom PDFs at scale, we’ll price those as add-ons or move to the Growth tier.

  4. Go-live & hypercare — production cutover, daily checks, backlog burndown.

  5. 30-day review — adoption scorecard and next-steps menu (Marketing or Growth modules).

What we need from you:

  • Current exports (customers/contacts, items/pricebook, services).

  • Brand assets and document examples (quotes/invoices).

  • Admin access to FSM, phones, CallRail, website/GA4, QBO.

  • A small UAT group (1–2 office, 1–3 field).

  • A calendar window for training and go-live.

How long does Optimize take?

Timeline depends on data quality and scheduling. Typical Foundations projects complete in a focused window with a defined go-live date scoped at the start of the project.

What can you migrate?

Core lists such as customers/contacts and items/pricebook. We’ll review formats at discovery and confirm what’s feasible based on the target software.

Will you train the field team?

Yes—short role-based sessions with recordings and quick SOPs.

Can we add inventory or dispatch later?

Absolutely. We’ll outline the Growth modules if/when they’re needed. Generally, smaller solutions provide less capabilities so you may want to take a look at Growth software.

What happens after 30 days?

We meet for a review and either transition to a light care retainer or hand off to Marketing/Growth work.
